Brain is a tricky thing. Most of the parts of our body will normally get some exercise during the day. But for many of the people doing almost monotonous job, brain will not get adequate exercise. Due to this, many of us are having poor memory, less concentration and low alertness.
Exercise for the brain can be achieved in many ways but the easiest way is to solve tricky puzzles every day. Brain will be active when we are doing some simple activities like solving SUDOKU or simple puzzles. We should do it for at least 30 minutes a day to keep our brain alert. In this context, I have written this volume 1 having very simple puzzles. I hope I will be writing more volumes in future.
